Waterrock Knob Bottle Opener #122
Our Mountain Series combines earth, sand and soil from some of our favorite places with gorgeous colors of fused glass. The glass and sand/soil are layered in the kiln and fused to a temperature of 1500 degrees. The glass is then cut and refired to make the inlay in this wooden bottle opener. It will be a memento of a special place for years to come.
The sand and soil in the glass in this bottle opener is from Waterrock Knob off the Blue Ridge Parkway in western North Carolina. It's one of our family's favorite places to hike, and offers amazing views of the mountains.
Each item is handmade and may vary slightly.
