We love creating.Nothing gets us going like a good project. That wall space that's been empty. That relative that's always hard to shop for. That backsplash that needs the perfect accent. A restaurant with blank walls. Corporate gifts for your clients. Bring us your project and we'll work with you to make your dream a reality. No project is too big, or too small.
In the past we've worked on custom art, tiles, dishes, custom barn doors, corporate gifts and wedding jewelry, but we are always up for something new to work on. Provide us with your inspiration and we will make it ours. Our design process begins with sketches and color palette development before we create anything in glass. We can work in person or long distance. After we settle on a design, we start the fusing process, and will send process photos as we progress. Our main goal is your satisfaction with the finished work. |
Durham Bar Backsplash
In this project, a blank bar backsplash needed something special, but not just tile. The homeowners opted for a wall piece, incorporating the color palette of their house and some extra pieces of gorgeous walnut from their butcher block countertop. This project was for a family in Durham, North Carolina, so most of the communication occurred via email and text until we got things just right. They were thrilled with the results, and so were we.
Mount Pleasant Barn Door
This project was a wonderful collaboration with some other local businesses and artisans. The glass panels were made first and are 3/8" thick in neutral tones to work with the rest of the room. The door was then built around the panels with reclaimed lumber from Encore Architectural Salvage, with the door being built by Timber Artisans. It was satisfying to see this piece come together, and really provides a unique feature to this beautiful space, custom built by Trellis Residential.
