Silver Run Falls Horizon Necklace #083
Our Mountain Series combines earth, sand and soil from some of our favorite places with gorgeous colors of fused glass. The glass and sand/soil are layered in the kiln and fused to a temperature of 1500 degrees. The glass is then cut and refired to make this beautiful necklace that will be a memento of a special place.
The sand and soil in this necklace is from Silver Run Falls in Cashiers, North Carolina. There's a short, easy walk to get to the falls. There you can dip your toes (and swim!) in the cool water, sparkling with the mica content in the stone and sand.
The chain measures 18 inches and has a gold finish. If you would like a longer or shorter chain, just note the desired length in your order notes. Each item is handmade and may vary slightly.
